The race has two modalities with different distances, although the first stage is the same for both modalities. In the 125km race, the first three men classified were Guillem Busquets with 2:16:24, Gerard Martínez with 2:21:05 and Michael Henderickx with 2:23:53. In the female category, the winner was Marianne Rhode with 2:50:00, second Tadea Fian with 3:04:34 and in third position Karin van der Giessen with 3:25:22.

In the 85km modality, the first classified has been Carlos Antonio Lopez Rodriguez with 2:34:46, second Carlos Casquet with 2:35:53 and third position by Juan Perucha with 2:41:13. In the female category, the first classified was also the third absolute, Amelie Waerum Hauge with 2:39:46, second Amy Streeter with 2:55:08 and third Sessel Elmstrom with 2:58:11.

Tomorrow the race will cover the section between Castell beach in Palamós and l’Escala, and on Sunday, the final stage between Roses and Portbou, the end point of a dream route. The weather forecast is very good for the whole weekend and runners will be able to enjoy the route to its fullest.
