Στη συνέχεια, τον λόγο πήραν η Giulia Delladio, Corporate Marketing Director και εκπρόσωπος της οικογένειας Delladio, και ο Aaron Orozco, Sales Director της La Sportiva, οι οποίοι μίλησαν για τη φιλοσοφία και το όραμα της εταιρείας. Ακολούθησε η επίσημη τελετή εγκαινίων, με την κοπή κορδέλας, ενώ η βραδιά κορυφώθηκε με την εντυπωσιακή τούρτα στα χρώματα της La Sportiva, που έκοψαν μαζί η Giulia Delladio και η Εύη Δημητριάδου, Managing Director της Dimitriadis S.A. Το εορταστικό κλίμα συνεχίστηκε με ένα ξέφρενο πάρτι, το οποίο οι παρευρισκόμενοι απόλαυσαν μέχρι αργά, δημιουργώντας μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία που θα συζητείται για καιρό.

Η γιορτή συνεχίστηκε την επόμενη ημέρα, Κυριακή 28 Σεπτεμβρίου, με ένα μοναδικό Test Shoes Event στην Κοιλάδα του Αργινώντα. Μαζί με τον Roger Schäli, οι συμμετέχοντες είχαν την ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσουν τα νέα αναρριχητικά παπούτσια της La Sportiva απευθείας στα βράχια. Ο Pietro Fariselli, Technical Representative της La Sportiva, παρουσίασε όλες τις τεχνολογίες, τις διαφορές των μοντέλων και πολύτιμα tips για σωστή χρήση και συντήρηση, ενώ ο Alberto Gandini, Sales Area Manager της La Sportiva, απάντησε σε ερωτήσεις του κοινού. Η συμμετοχή ήταν εντυπωσιακή, αναδεικνύοντας για άλλη μια φορά τη δυναμική σχέση της La Sportiva με την παγκόσμια αναρριχητική κοινότητα.

Successful Grand Opening of the La Sportiva Store in Kalymnos

On Saturday, September 27th, the official inauguration of the new retail concept by the leading Italian company La Sportiva® took place with great success in Kalymnos, right in the heart of Masouri. The store is operated by Dimitriadis S.A., the largest outdoor equipment company in Greece.

The evening attracted a large audience, with strong participation from the island’s climbing community as well as visitors from abroad. The event opened with an inspiring and engaging presentation by Roger Schäli, professional climber and La Sportiva Climbing Athlete, who shared his projects and remarkable climbing experiences from around the world.

Following his talk, Giulia Delladio, Corporate Marketing Director and representative of the Delladio family, together with Aaron Orozco, Sales Director of La Sportiva, addressed the audience, speaking about the company’s philosophy and vision. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony followed, highlighted by the unveiling of a spectacular La Sportiva–themed cake, cut jointly by Giulia Delladio and Evi Dimitriadou, Managing Director of Dimitriadis S.A. The festive atmosphere continued with a lively party that lasted until late into the night, leaving guests with unforgettable memories that will be talked about for a long time.

The celebration continued the next day, Sunday, September 28th, with a unique Test Shoes Event in the Arginonta Valley. Together with Roger Schäli, participants had the opportunity to test La Sportiva’s latest climbing shoes directly on the rocks. Pietro Fariselli, Technical Representative of La Sportiva, explained the technologies behind the models, their differences, and provided valuable tips for proper use and maintenance, while Alberto Gandini, Sales Area Manager of La Sportiva, answered questions from the audience. The turnout and engagement were impressive, once again highlighting La Sportiva’s strong bond with the global climbing community.
